Hi all - Please read the meeting minutes for updates and dates:

*Faculty Award Brunch - Tuesday, May 5th in Cholla, 11am

-Food TBD (most likely quiche, pastries, mini sandwiches and salad)

-Tamara received most votes from all classes… she doesn’t know yet, we’re waiting to announce during the brunch

-For 2nd years who voted for Tamara, I plan on reading your comment (but not identifying you!!)

*ATSA Reimbursement Check

-Janine is working on this.  If you have any questions about the amount you received, contact one of us

*ASHS Scholarship

-1st years - use fundraisers from this year and any other ideas to fundraise for your class

-2nd years - as a class, and as a part of the challenge between graduating ASHS classes, we will be expected to continue to fundraise.  So, if you have any ideas let’s start a group on facebook or something to collaborate!

*Grad party reminder - 2nd years

-Lastly, please remember that if your number of guests coming to graduation changes to let me know!

All- the Eboard has talked and based on our near $2000 bank account and lack of funds raised to even come close to our donation goal to NATA-REF ATSC this year, we would like to cut a check from the account in the amount of $500. Please post if you are opposed to this. There will be plenty of money left for the graduation party and for the account as the ATSA moves into next year.

Hello All! We are planning on our last official meeting being held the weekend of the 25th. We would like to have a potluck-style lunch/dinner (or “linner”) at the central pool area in the complex where I (Janine) and Mariel live. I’d like to get some feedback concerning schedules for that weekend. Would Sat or Sun be a better day for you- lunch time (1pm-ish) or evening (5pm-ish)? Please let me know either via blog posts or emails to jferro@atsu.edu so that we can plan this fun event! Thank you!

Below are the reminders for who volunteered to help at the blood drive registration table this Wednesday, April 1st and for the Spring Safe Sports Raffle this whole week.  We are REALLY short on volunteers for the raffle table, so please, especially if you haven’t already, take out an hour of your time to sell some of your raffle tickets to support the state association.  Thanks!

The next ATSA meeting is TENTITIVELY scheduled for Sunday, April 12th as a Potluck Dinner.  This may be our last meeting, so I thought this would be a nice way to wrap up the year.  More details will be forthcoming as far as time (most likely 6 or 7ish) and place.  If someone wants to host at their place, let me know!  Otherwise, we’ll have it at school.
